Terms and Conditions
Everyone has to have terms and conditions and we have to take them seriously. Please read through these before any bookings are made. ​
Pricing - Bookings - Deposits

A 50% booking fee is to be taken and a 'booking form' is to be filled out before any party is fully confirmed.

The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before. Any late payments could result in a 'late fee' and possibly the booking being cancelled.

50% Deposits are only refundable for the customer if the party is cancelled within 5 days of booking. Unless the party is within the next 7 days.

All payments must be done via bank transfer and no cash can be accepted as this can spoil the magic.

The prices on the packages are quoted for the advisory maximum number of children and unfortunately there are no discounts for lower numbers.
Parking - Arrival

There must be somewhere close to the venue/house where we can park as we may have lots of things to bring in. Parking must be paid for if there is no free parking available. The entertainer will always try to be there with ample time to park and unpack. If there is no where to park and it does result leading into the party time, then the entertainer is not able to stay after the agreed end time of the party in this instance.

If there is uncontrollable traffic unforeseen by the entertainer then we will either add time onto the end of the booking where we can or refund the missing minutes from the booking.

Entertainers plan their routes well in advance and check for traffic updates the night before and on the day, if there is an unforeseen circumstance you will be called to be alerted of any delays or problems. If there is a tragic circumstance, the party would be either fully refunded or rearranged to another date. Please let us know of any local road closures.

If you wish for entertainers to arrive early than the arranged time additional fees would apply.
Accessibility - Requirements - Weather

Upon arrival, we would request that the guests are restricted seeing us getting out of cars etc. As this could ruin the magic. You will be called once we are outside to allow you to get the guests ready/ together. Occasionally we might need some help carrying in equipment to make sure the entrance is as magical as possible.

We ask that the customers can provide a pet and smoke free environment. As well as no mud, sharp bushes/thorns, puddle free, as this would ruin our hand made costumes. If the weather doesn't hold up, and there is a light rain, the customer needs to have a back up indoor area just in case.

If you have other activities for the guests eg bouncy castles, then we ask for them to be deflated whilst our visit as they can be noisy and distracting and we want you to receive the most from our services.

We ask that you request your guests at least 15 mins before our arrival time to ensure no one misses the grand entrance, leaving room for any late comers.

The entertainer may wear extra under layers due to cold weather. This may alter appearance slightly to the photos.
Responsibilities - Us and Customers

We are not responsible for the guests welfare at the party. The customer needs to make sure there is enough adults supervising appropriate for the amount of guests. We ask that there is parental supervision at all times as we are there to entertain and not to supervise.

We take no responsibilities for food served at the party. Sweets may be given as prizes (specified on the booking form), any allergies/ dietary requirements MUST be presented to us upon booking. We cannot take any responsibility for allergic reactions during our visit.

We are unable to attend if there is another entertainment company present. So please make sure there is no double bookings, or they arrive well before, or after our performance. The clash of 2 entertainment companies can ruin the magic as there has been no pre rehearsals and mistakes can be made.

We do not take responsibility for any damages not caused by the entertainers.

We can appreciate props get broken accidentally. However if anything is maliciously damaged the customer will be charged for the replacement.

If there is an instance of inappropriate behaviour or an un safe environment, we have the right to leave and no refund would be honoured. (Inappropriate behaviour or and unsafe environment can include the following: Swearing, throwing things at entertainers, pulling of costumes, smoking in close proximity to the performers, unsanitary environments, drunk and disorderly behaviour, inappropriate comments or rudeness to our performers.)

All entertainers at Enchanted Tiaras are DBS checked.
Changes - Alterations - Cancellations

Any changes/ alterations to the party packages cannot be made on the day of the party. Any alterations needs to be made at least 1 week in advance to give us plenty of time to prepare and we will be more than happy to change any remaining balance based on new choices.

We cannot guarantee which performer (actress) will be attending your party.

In unforeseen circumstances eg weather (snow/flooding) parties may need to be cancelled. You will either be fully refunded or re arranged to a new mutual date and time. We will be in contact at the earliest convince if this does happen.

We are a company based on fairy tales. We have no relation to big companies and have no intention of violating or copyrighting laws. Any similarities are purely coincidental or accidental.

Our company has the right to cancel any booking if we deem it isn't fit to our terms and conditions.
